MATSUO JINGISUKAN has tradition of more than 60 years for unchanged deliciousness. We are one of Must-Try Restaurants in Hokkaido. JINGISUKAN is a Hokkaido local dish that consists of grilling mutton/lamb and vegetables on a special grill that has a raised mound in the center. Highly-Selected Mutton & Lamb. It is Australian mutton/lamb that MATSUO Corporation chose to offer delicious “JINGISKAN”. We select carefully the best-quality mutton/lamb. No artificial colorant nor preservative in use. Special-Secret Sauce (SSS) Perfected After Our 10-year-long Effort. We use SSS which contains a dozen of seasonings and flavors in addition to main ingredient, local apples and onions. Our SSS eliminates smell of mutton, and brings out the flavor of mutton/lamb.

In the image, it was a restaurant for tourists, but I was able to enjoy the soft, juicy and exquisite Genghis Khan. When you go to Takigawa City, this is a shop you definitely want to visit again.

Although it is inferior to Kobayashi of the same Takigawa, it must have been popular with advertising power.However, what should be noted is not the meat (^ â—‡ ^;) the soft serve here. It's a addictive taste that you can visit here just to eat this soft, rich taste and elegant smoothness that will melt immediately when you hold it in hand, depending on the person there is solidity and ice , On my tongue, this soft ice cream is No.1 in Hokkaido.

Matsuo Genghis Khan main store The inside of the shop is wide, I came because I came to Hokkaido so much,After all the head office seems to be a bit different! It must be an atmosphere.
